With the TA a lot is at stake. Even if first year pay got better, wouldn’t see that for a while. $38/hr is rough-even for a regional.
1 When the TA passes ( and it will ) First year at NK will be $55/hr. Which is still garbage I’ll admit but 2nd year is $105. You won’t make that at Go Jets. Not for a long time anyway.
2 If NK is not your planned stop you will have an easier time moving on with a Bus type rating. Everyone has a CL 65 type
3 Once another order is made you’ll upgrade in 3 years or less.
