No, it's not. Every other regional is offering or starting to offer a better pay package, QOL, reserve rules, and bonuses. The street captain program and low time upgrades were the only things GoJet had going for it and now most regionals have fast upgrades and if you have the time they'll take you as an FO and upgrade you ASAP.
G7 has already announced there are no plans for a pay raise or any incentive to match that of other regionals. No, G7 is not a good career move.

New hires have a decent pass rate and for some reason G7 LOVES to only hire street captains. FO's trying to upgrade are failed almost purposely to keep the street captain program running and keep FO's flying as FO's due to NO reserve FO's company wide.
Average time on IOE ?
There is no telling with this company. I've met street captains or new hires that basically have 2 months off between passing and their IOE and others that get called immediately. IOE is usually 2 trips and you're done.
Are there many Bully Line check airman, trying to fail you?
I wouldn't say there are bully line check airmen, there are interests in the training and management department that unfortunately take it out on the pilot group. The pilot group is overall solid and everyone usually looks out for everybody.
