It is very very abvious that the company does not want to invest the money in the upgrade program.... and of course there are people on here who insist on defending the company and continue to drink the coolaid and want to say that people are not studying... and that’s why the pass rate it so low.... I can see a few people doing this... but 13???? Give me a break!!! You going to sit there and tell me any everyone else that all 13 of these people failed because they didn’t study...????? I don’t think so....

One other thing... The FAA CANNOT tell gojet or any other airline how exactly to run its trainin program so long as it meets their minimum requirements....

I do know, that the company has had their paperwork in for a while regarding upgrade AQP but it has yet to be approved....It was thought that it was going to happen last year, but it’s still sitting on a desk somewhere...

Bottom line is, if you can come in as a street captain... great, otherwise go somewhere else....

As far as the pay, we are looking at anywhere between 17% and 20% increase a cross the board in the next three months or less, however it more than likely will come with a contract extension.... surprise surprise.
