Obviously when it comes to pay there are better options than g7 right now... when our current contract came out a couple of years ago we had top tier pay. That being said it was a couple years ago in this industry is moving so quickly that even a contract that came out a year ago isn’t up to today’s standard. Word is there maybe a pay bump in the future before our contract is up for negotiation to stay competitive. When it comes to other aspects of the company I’ve never heard of anybody failing upgrade for any other reason besides being ill prepared. Also, there are a few check airman out there that aren’t the friendliest. I’ve never had any issue and it’s really only the direct entry captains from what I’ve heard they get rode a little harder. Overall I really enjoyed my time here so far. I get to live out in the mountains and drive to work can’t beat that!
