G7 has already announced there are no plans for a pay raise or any incentive to match that of other regionals. No, G7 is not a good career move.

New hires have a decent pass rate and for some reason G7 LOVES to only hire street captains. FO's trying to upgrade are failed almost purposely to keep the street captain program running and keep FO's flying as FO's due to NO reserve FO's company wide.

There is no telling with this company. I've met street captains or new hires that basically have 2 months off between passing and their IOE and others that get called immediately. IOE is usually 2 trips and you're done.

I wouldn't say there are bully line check airmen, there are interests in the training and management department that unfortunately take it out on the pilot group. The pilot group is overall solid and everyone usually looks out for everybody.
You don't know what you're talking about, as hc0fitted stated. You sound like a 5yr FO I recently flew with. One who thinks he's a captain, yet is afraid to take the initiative of becoming one. Instead of coming up with excuses for failure, actually study to become a captain. Going to the left seat is no free ride and rightfully so. I studied my arse off and upgrade was a breeze. Very fair and pleasant examiners who knew I was prepped.

That said, I wouldn't recommend FOs coming to Gojet right now. We have smaller bonuses, lower pay, and no flow just Spirit for whatever it's worth.
