I’m having a difficult time with this HVA concept, lol. If it’s high-value people they seek, why not offer high-value terms and conditions? Ever heard of a pay rise, or a roster?
I’d spend the 45k (if you’re lucky to take home 30) on moving costs, commuting, etc., etc. within six months. Then what, perma-reserve in an unaffordable domicile? Yeesh.
