I’d spend the 45k (if you’re lucky to take home 30) on moving costs, commuting, etc., etc. within six months. Then what, perma-reserve in an unaffordable domicile? Yeesh.
They see money like a 20 dollar hooker (US Dollar) sees an American in Colombia.
