Now the new thing is requiring crews to be standby at FBO for a full 14 hours if not scheduled for a trip that day. No more standby at home days or at least very few and far between. This is a huge hit on our QOL and I don't think management realizes how big of a mistake this move is. So for those going to interviews don't let them sell you on this idea of "oh you'll work 7/10 and get standby at home days," this is no longer the case.
