This has been covered at length. If you have a flow through agreement and are working a year or two of flowing then probably better to stay.
If you don’t have flow it’s always better to be somewhere that sells it’s own tickets if you can afford the paycut. Hopefully you get a call to the legacy from the LCC before you get trapped by seniority and money. Don’t ask me how I know.
