I'm more curious why this question is even asked in the first place? What's a reason to stay at a regional besides having a flow through or to get TPIC time if you're close to upgrading? There are lots of 10+ year people still waiting for that call they thought they would get 8 years ago. It's not hard to make a quarter million income after a few years at most of the LCC's these days vs topping out at 100k at a regional. The LCC also offers better job security.
