I left a regional for corporate, left corporate for an LCC, and finally made it to a legacy. All of those jobs were a help, not a hindrance, to my resume.
I've definitely noticed that more type ratings is better, except for the inexplicable behavior of some legacies to hire brand-new regional FO's who have a single spoon-fed baby-jet rating.
