Not everyone who's an RJ FO is low time.
I was pushing 5000 total time when I upgraded. Almost all of it 121 time too. Picked my companies badly.......
Anyway, one of the RJ FOs in my class had nearly 1000 turbine PIC before we upgraded on the RJ.
