I think I have answered my own question. After looking at about 6 other airlines I have found that these airlines did not set a specific hours vs. time threshold, but state something to the effect that "flight currency will be considered". Does this sound correct? It seems smarter to me to not limit your pool of candidates based on a specific number of recent hours.
