Delta has hired 1500-hour CFIs OTS. I’m pretty sure working at EDV for 3-4 years makes one fully qualified. And since we do it just like Delta, that makes our methods a perfect fit, as I am sure recent SSP folks would testify.
Not saying the DGI is a sure thing; it needs to be prepared for just like any interview. Only time will tell how it will go, especially since we are months away, and still don’t even have a sample memo to request the DGI, nor any path setup by the company just yet.

This is a preferential program right; giving qualified Endeavor employees an interview with less average experience than an OTS candidate... surely.a pass rate equal to the OTS metric makes it a qualified success, or are you expecting a fortune 100 company to lower its hiring standards for you?
