Nothing personal against SWA - some of my best buds are SWA pilots...but wasn't it SWA that hired a guy a couple of years ago that got canned on IOE for unprofessional behavior? Face it, EVERYONE hires an occasional dweeb - there are enough dweebs high enough up in all the companys to ensure it. Fortunately the majority are great guys.
