Cathay and the Guard/Reserve
I've read a few posts here from USAF part timers like myself that want to get on with CX, but are curious of how a HK company deals with MIL leave.
My question is: When CX comes "on shore" to the US (and it's other countries it operates out of,) will it need to abide by USERRA laws?
