Same boat here. Last duty assignment before my committment is up is non-flying (FAC), still trying to assess if I need to take another set of flying orders to get current or if it is safe to bail out now.
I'm caught between having limited options now with my hours and currency, but getting in at the beginning of the hiring cycle, versus taking orders for 2 more years to be competitive for the more desirable companies, but potentially lose 2 years seniority if I end up where I qualify for today anyhow.
