I have called the schedulers during slow times to ask them to process my request. Such as when I look at open time and I’m the only one asking to swap/drop a trip after waiting 20 minutes. That’s all fine, but it shouldn’t be that way. The system needs to be changed. Calling scheduling to process a trade should not become a norm. What if you’re not in a position to call?
