If and it's a big IF. The 2 to 3 year upgrade at Omni is only possible with attrition. Looking at economic indicators, I do not see any growth in the supplemental sector that would bring an increase in aircraft numbers at Omni. Omni doesn't bid on money losing programs that Swift and Dynamic usually do. Even Atlas is getting out of the passenger programs. Delta Vacations is flooding the market with available airplanes, usually letting older frames fly a few years longer in the supplemental market instead of parking them in the desert. It's better to not use your airplanes everyday if you don't need to and Omni does know the market it serves. Unless narrow body types are added I think a reduction in fleet numbers might happen at Omni. No furlough, but "Slow and controlled growth"
What is attrition like over there? Most folks staying put or the exodus that we hear of at some of the other carriers?
