Simply put anybody that would cross a picket line whether legal or not cannot be trusted and doesn’t need to be working at a union shop,.. period! We would have a much stronger pilot group if we could hire every single one of the Avianca pilots that have been fired and not some worthless turd that flew struck work.
Unfortunately they need a green card or US centizenship. Only so many of those guys are going to have that and have been choosing to work for peanuts in Columbia instead of in the US, at least in the last five years of hiring up here
