Compass airlines has a Phoenix base and lots are getting it right out of training. We also
do a ton of Texas flying so you could get to work or home often on our own metal(higher priority boarding). Right now 17.5k bonus and training is somewhat backed up like others but if you study hard(no retraining) most people get through in about 2-3 months.
