Read the regs. PIC jet counts towards the 1000 hours. Plenty of guys recently upgraded as street captains having flown nothing more than a citation or lear part 91 as pic. I don’t necessarily agree with it, but it’s legal.
The only 91 time that counts is 91k, which is fractional.
