How ALPA was so short sighted in allowing them to change the transition and then publish it within the 48 hour window for pickups and not grant relief on the 48 hours. I encouraged my reps to send predictions to the mediator, in that they will sue is once the cancellations get to be too much and that this was their mistake...and they are looking to pass blame on to us in the form of illegal job action.
