I don’t think you’re in the “sweet spot.” You likely know your worth. We like to hire those who don’t know their worth (code word for inexperienced) and are happy settling for less, cleaning airplanes for free, and celebrating culture instead of being a professional airline pilot. It’s no secret that our applicant numbers have plummeted, and I know firsthand we are hiring many who have very little experience compared to you. Good luck if this is what you want, but honestly you are better off elsewhere based on the current course this rudderless ship is drifting.
