I think what he's saying is that B6 tends to shy away from the highly experienced in fear of quick turnover to the real airlines with real CBAs.

The FOs that I have flown with are actually very good so far so Im with you on that Rvr.

Not to be construed as a "pro-jetblew" post.... But after reading over in the Delta forum it sounds like they have similar things going on with super high time guys applying and getting nada while the 27yr old 250hr TPIC guys are getting on.

Wonder if it's an industry wide preference....or if it really is all based on some guy shaking a magic 8ball on each app they look at.

At 42 yrs old I’m one of the young bucks in my new hire class at SWA. The class baby is 34, the owl is 60. The class ahead of me does have a 28 year old, but he seems to be the outlier.
