Not one of them had any issues flying the plane. Based on talking to them about their past, lack of experience was not something I’ve noted either. Many have more experience in this industry than I do.
I think what he's saying is that B6 tends to shy away from the highly experienced in fear of quick turnover to the real airlines with real CBAs.
The FOs that I have flown with are actually very good so far so Im with you on that Rvr.
