Are you a Captain here? I’m going to guess that you’re not. How would you know what the experience level of new hires is? I fly with a lot of guys hired in the last year or two. Not one of them had any issues flying the plane. Based on talking to them about their past, lack of experience was not something I’ve noted either. Many have more experience in this industry than I do.
