I just finished reading all 121 pages here in anticipation of my phone screen.
Any pointers or what to expect is greatly appreciated.

It went really well. The recruiter pilot that called was very easy to speak with and ran the screen very well. Just asked about work history, why XO, why leave current job, any issues with the FAA and lots of info about XOJET.
I moved on to the tech screen and passed that as well. I was offer an interview in Sacramento during the tech screen. Great experience overall.
