They can ALWAYS appeal, and drag it out, at least as far as the Supreme Court. The Exxon Valdez disaster is STILL in litigation, with Exxon trying not to pay a lot of money they were supposed to.

However, Mesa lost. So, if they keep fighting, and keep losing, then they´ll owe EVEN MORE legal fees. If they keep flying, they Hawaiin can file to get MORE money because the damages keep on coming.

If Mesa doesn´t stop, and don´t win, then they´ll be in an EVEN BIGGER world of hurt!
