For IOE you log that yourself. It is not logged as dual received, it's logged as SIC, so again no instructor signature.
You will almost certainly need your logbook during training if you’re being issued an ATP along with your type rating. The APD will need to review it, or at least that’s how it is at Endeavor. But it’s easy, just bring the same printout you brought to the interview.
