It is technically. But it's much closer to the 737-9 and a321 in pay than the 330/777 so I counted it out. FO pay doesn't get into the 200's on those. Now the 767-4 does get a bump up in pay but there are only 21 of those per apc and 58 of the lower paying 767-3's.
Not sure why the 767 is a.) split up as far as pay goes between the -3 and -4 and b.) that much lower than the other widebodies. Hopefully that gets addressed the next round of negotiations.

There is a
possibility that the front panel in Delta’s 757/767-300 fleet will be “modernized” over the next few years. IF that happens, a logical next step would be to combine 7ER and 764 categories.
United flies them as a single category, and the 764 type rating is just “767”, like the -300, but to get the feds to buyoff on that, United has fairly constrictive variant currency requirements imposed by the feds.
The mod,
if it happens, will be a 2-stage retrofit with new displays. UPS has already committed to this exact mod for all of their 757s and 767s.
