Nothing to be shocked about. It's a rudderless ship, floundering in it's self-created storm, within an environment when even the biggest idiots in this business are thriving. When the "training" department can't process what the "recruiting" department pushes their way (no coordination), and net FO losses each month, the shoddy reputation, abusive personnel antics, and arrogant attitude is the Rx for disaster.

Businesses don't fail, they commit suicide. Mesa's no different and it will be their own responsibility...except if you ask anyone involved - then it will be everybody else's fault.
