Also, if you are a current employee, that is not an Endeavor pilot, you meet the minimum requires for a pilot position, and have been on property 5 years, you transfer to the pilot position without doing the pilot selection process. Recently, they lowered the minimum to a PPL, if you are willing to do a stent at Endeavor for a few years.
It would be almost a guarantee that if we didn't agree to the bankruptcy SSP, Delta would not have bought us. Also, if we were sold to TSA to merge with Compass, these programs would end immediately for new hires. However, the DGi is an agreement between Delta, and the individual, so it would likely be honored, unless there is an opt out clause like the flow.
The industry as a whole.
ASA was a wholly owned for years and never had a guaranteed program.
While I agree Delta is assuredly going to honor the DGI, there is no legal obligation for them to have the program in the first place. In fact, I don't believe Delta Private Jets pilots have a guaranteed interview program themselves, and they are just a much employees as 9E pilots.
