While I agree Delta is assuredly going to honor the DGI, there is no legal obligation for them to have the program in the first place. In fact, I don't believe Delta Private Jets pilots have a guaranteed interview program themselves, and they are just a much employees as 9E pilots.
ASA, and Comair were involved in a legal dispute over scope/merger/RJDC etc. Delta private jet pilots are not associated with Delta or the wholly owned company, however, they do have a Delta interview program after 2 years. endeavor pilots are an actual sub-group of Delta, we are not Delta PWA seniority list pilots. Our relationship to you is the same as your mechanics/dispatchers. In fact, as soon as Delta is fully setup up for the MRO program, they will separate tech ops into a wholly-owned for legal/COI reasons.
