Does anyone have a technique for CRM as to who should be checking wind components prior to commencing the approach based on latest available data? Given winds come off ATIS, ACARS METAR requests, and approach/tower reports, somebody has to look-up the components, right? PM/PF? Is it actually somewhere in the CFM that I haven't noticed, etc...
