Looking at the snapshots, I see two pilots that are in my desired base/seat trying to come to my base/seat... from what I can tell neither of them is listed in the base trade process... It looks like we'll all get what we want (these are very junior movements with lots of unfilled vacancies on each side)... but would it be smart/faster/easier to reach out to these folks to try to see if we can do a base trade, or just let the vacancy bid do its thing?
If you are going to get an award let the vacancy play out. There is no benifite to a base trade unless it’s the only way to get into your desired base....I.E. CLE/DEN etc....
