I’ll look into the E-3 way and how to transfer onto a GC after that thru my partner and also the normal way, however I am scared of not getting hired due to the duration of the visa like you both pointed out.

I was looking at Compass and Skywest since my partner would like to stay in SoCal. With 2500tt, 1000 PIC (non jet) and 1000 777 cruise relief I’m guessing they’re my best choices in that area besides GA or corporate?
