Ive heard reports of both depending on base, seat, and RAP. Rsv not getting used at all because of lineholders gobbling up open time at straight pay and I’ve also heard that March and April some rsv got used more than they ever have before.
Keep in mind also that time balancing is no longer in effect; it’s all seniority now (junior getting the call first, unless on the ‘call me first’ list). April was my highest month ever on reserve (as Captain or FO).
