That is interesting logic. So, you are sitting in the "waiting room" on the 28th of the month in order to pick open time at straight pay as the lowest paid pilot in the business. However, you call a fellow co-worker "selfish" and "self serving" simply picking up a premium trip in order to make up for some lost ground in terms of industry standard pay.
