I'm hardly saying anything that could be twisted in to a work action. Hell, I'm glad people are picking these trips up. I'm a 70 hour kind of guy. Always have been. These guys are just helping me drop that turn so I can drink beer on my boat sooner.

Hypothetically saying, what if I were some mgmt stooge. I decided to open or use an old APC acct and write inflammatory statements about open time, incentive flying or generally helping the company out. What would happen?

All I knows is, our TRO contained many quotes from APC, I don’t think they went as far as to find out who it was. Either way, it did not matter, the TRO was issued without finding out who wrote it.

It's a sham anyway isn't it? You all are more than free to do whaaaaaatever you want, but helping these scumbags out is the last thing I'd choose to do with MY time. I'll take as little time having to walk through the terminals in a Frontier uniform as possible.

Too bad they're not offering COLAs.

If the company offered COLA's and you accepted it, wouldn't that be helping the company out? I mean, they're not offering them because they want a pilot to take some time off if they need it... they're offering them to save themselves money.

Look bro, It's all about the helpless puppies for me. A COLA would allow me to log more volunteer time for the Delta app. You're right though.

Nothing unless people actually stopped picking up open time/incentivized trips. If the company can demonstrate using historical facts (block hours flown per pilot each month) that pilots are flying significantly less they WILL sue and we will lose. This song and dance on APC/Facebook is ancillary.

Basically what matters is if we stop picking up. If we do stop, they’ll be able to prove it and we’ll be in TRO land. The question we have to ask ourselves is: Will a TRO hurt us as much as playing the good guys and maintaining status quo will?

Good watch, and illustrates what I've come to feel the last few months: Franke and Biffle are nut-jobs. It goes further than "It's just business." These fellas WANT us making 40%-50% less than everyone else, doing the same job, in the same aircraft.

Look at the tax relief bonuses at other business.
Raises at AA outside of Section 6.

Of course these businesses walk a line between shareholders and employee groups, but Uncle Billy and the Twinkie Destroyer are sick bastards. They --WANT-- to further enrich themselves personally at the expense of every employee group at Frontier. They are not interested in win-win, obviously. Their motto, to the end, is Win-Lose and they want us to be losers so they can take more and more more and more from us for as long as possible. They don't want us to have pride in our company, and thrive personally as part of a successful organization. They want their employees to be unsuccessful.

It could be frustration, but I believe these actions from Uncle Billy and the Terminator of Ding Dongs to be more than just "business."
