I dont know if there's been a cultural shift, but not too long ago there would have probably been a few "If you wouldn't tear up your certificate rather than work at SWA, we don't want you!" posts. I've never heard that kind of talk at DAL.

Having said that, my friends at SWA are good folks and have none of the koolaid cult attitude some SWA folks used to exhibit.
