Good point. The sad truth is, it will be more of the same. SkyWest simply riding the coat tails of the organized pilot groups that negotiate/fight for better pay work rules, like pre 9/11.

Or, since they have no organization, they can continue the low standard that management will use on the unionized groups to say what they should be getting paid, just like in the UAL Ch. 11 bankruptcy. You know, when they said it was OK to agree to an 18 month pay freeze as well as operate 70/90 seats for 50 seat rates. They didn't so anybody any favors on that one. Especially the pilot groups at AWAC/ACA.
