How? Just based on the name and phone number? Email address? The registration didn’t even require you to have a pilot credentials account. Nor does it ask you to cross reference it. If it is based on email, I used a different email for this than I have for my pilot credentials, hopefully that doesn’t automatically disqualify me from going.
Also, I don’t see what is to prevent people from submitting multiple registration a tamps using different email addresses. Hopefully people aren’t doing that, but it certainly seems possible.
I had an email from the support department to sign-up for the event. Based on that, I would assume that it would be wise to sign up with the email from your application profile.
