That's funny! I wonder if it was the same guy that let my buy my own lunch while on probation after I hooked him up with a free breakfast at the Doubletree though my Hilton status? (it's common for captains to buy drinks and sometimes meals for the new guys on 1st year pay) It's certainly not expected, but I did laugh only because of the to-go container of breakfast he had just packed and taken with to the airport...maybe he was too distracted trying to figure out how he was going to split up his 5 week vacation block?
