So how many of the NO votes met with the teamsters to discuss an organizing drive? If only 35% were ALPA, and most are Pro union but not pro-ALPA as many of you claim, surely you could have gotten 36% more to get teamsters.
First off, I personally don't think Teamsters would've faired any better. But THIS vote was purely ALPA, and SkyWest pilots recognized that, and would not have voted Teamsters.
