Somewhat related topic but I got bumped from a trip today and placed into substitution. The trip was placed back into open time and frozen. As I pulled out my copy of the CBA to assess my options, I was reassigned to the same trip which was revised to accomodate a change in the front end deadhead which added an overnight in Hong Kong.

Soooo, I basically got bumped, put in substitution and reassigned before I could opt for OTP or anything else. And since they changed the assigned deadhead, does the accepted fare of the first deadhead go into my travel bank? (China Eastern flight changed to Cathay Pacific).
