I definitely hear ya. I'm in that same boat, but about 55% overall company. I am switching from WBFO to NBCA because I just want a break from the time changes and whatnot. I doubt I'll make much more money if any, to be honest.

If I can't stand the heat of actually having to work for a living I'll have my bid in back to WBFO the second my freeze is over. Being a captain for the sake of being the MIC isn't really my thing. Some need that fourth stripe. For me it's just a means to an end.
