That snack will be served on china or we will expense Ruth Chris. Your first year here will be ballpark mid 80-90, second year varies more on equipment/seniority in base/in base vs commuter. Second year NB in a junior base is anywhere from 125-150. Bigger numbers are possible but it usually entails a lot of working the system and flying ugly trips. Third year and beyond is a little hard to nail down because what you can hold equipment wise changes the money. The 737 here has some really satisfying flying and can be a real money maker.
