Whether unionized or not, every pilot sets the bar for another pilot later down the road. If someone accepts a substandard pay rate or substandard work rule, then the rest of us get bent over for it during our negotiations. Why? When you vote for a rule that is substandard - you lower the bar. That hurts everyone who is trying to improve their lives.

I understand that everything is great over there. Everyday is Christmas and you get a steak with every meal. Everyone knows that. We also know you guys are ripe for a whipsaw with two pilot groups under the corporate umbrella. You had a chance to remedy that but didn't. Whipsawing will get you at some point. Maybe then you'll vote in representation to help out the cause.
