I love this, would make a great sticker for the flight kit!

Many of the guys that left ASA that I know chose not to vote... What did ALPA ever do for the FOs at ASA? Not much as our new TA reflects. Its true that the union gets blamed for everything, but the fact remains that when an individual pilot at SKYWEST screws up he has no leg to stand on.

On another note, now that ASA has its TA... do we really care about this? I'm sure SKYWEST will become ALPA in time as market forces pressure the company to turn the screws on the pilots.
